Cancellation Policy

1.) Cancellation Refund Policy During Covid for Schools / Groups

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations up to 90 days prior to the camp’s start date will be refunded, minus 20% of the full rate. All cancellations 60 days prior to the camp’s start date will be refunded 50% of the full fee, excluding the deposit. All cancellations 30 days or less prior to the camp’s start date are not refundable and must be paid in full by the school. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

MSA Strongly recommends purchasing TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE through a PROGRAM PROTECTOR.  This is a third party that is not affiliated with MSA.

2.) Cancellation Refund Policy During Covid for Summer /Family/ Individual Camps

Cancellations due to illness or injury before camp require a physician’s letter in order to receive a refund of tuition (less 20% which is considered the non refundable deposit).

Cancellations for no-medical reasons will result in a cancellation fee in addition to the non-refundable percentage, based on the date of cancellation as described below.

(20% is the minimum non refundable deposit for camp)

3.) Cancellations and Refunds for the Scuba Programs.

Any scuba cancellation within 30 days prior to camp will not be refunded.  Any scuba cancellation prior to 30 days of camp will be refunded 100%.
